Refund&Exchange Policy

All our products are handcrafted and custom-made. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds.

Exchanges are available only for snapback caps, under the following conditions:
1)The item has not been worn.
2)It is returned in its original packaging, complete in all parts.
3)The request is submitted within 3 days of delivery.
Each returned item will be carefully reviewed. If any signs of use are detected, the product will be shipped back to the client,
who will be responsible for covering the shipping costs.
